1. Program description

Foorhang LLP ("Foorhang", "we", "us") operates the Foorhang Customer Updates text messaging program. Subscribers receive appointment confirmations, measurement and installation scheduling updates, and quote follow-ups relating to their custom window covering order.

2. How to opt in

You join the program by giving your consent when you approve a quote in our online quote approval system. The consent wording is shown alongside your mobile number at the point of approval, and your approval is recorded with the date and time.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the status of your order and any appointments scheduled.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.

7. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed or that fail to deliver.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to participate in the program after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
